EnergyUnited has roots that date back to the late 1930s by way of two smaller community-based providers: Crescent EMC and Davidson EMC. These two co-ops would later consolidate, forming the co-op we know and love today.
Since then, our co-op has grown significantly—serving over 130,000 metering points across our 19-county service area. Though much has changed, our commitment to delivering reliable energy services at competitive prices and improving the quality of life of our members and communities has remained steadfast.

Like the app. Needs more customer options and more help information also it could be better with a chat option, also easy to understand bill/ power usages. And a great feature would be a way to save money with ways of tips to cut power usage.

Every time I click to pay it kicks me, and I have to resign in you guys cut my power off how am I supposed to power pay my power bill if the app doesn't even work

As with any and all electric companies they constantly aim to empty your pockets. I've been with this company for a little more than 5 years and at first there were no problems, however for the past 2 years it seems to have been a struggle to keep my electric on bc of the idiotic way they run there pay as you go electric. If there were. Other options for access to another company I would jump to the chance, but stuck we are with this price gouging company. Beware and Good Luck

This company has got to have the worst website I have ever seen for trying to log in and pay your bill. The IT department must be a bunch of kindergarters.

Not good it won't let me log into my account I try to reset my password driving my email and everything, and it will not let me reset or nothing I used to be on it and then now I can't get back on it, I can't do anything I've downloaded it I've deleted it, and it's really making me mad
