★★☆☆☆ Not user-friendly. Respond of the application is way too slow when trying to reach customer service.

★★☆☆☆ Worst app, how come an app didn't show any button/menu. It didn't work properly. You need to try your own apps and your own internet service. It sucks.

★★☆☆☆ Very bad internet quality with the worst customer service. I have been complaining about the internet connection quality and made appointment for the technician visit. But the technician never come, and I made several complaints, but they never give any responses at all until today. I wish I can show the WhatsApp chats screenshot here. I paid the subscription fee IDR 3.3 million each month and very disappointed get this kind of service. I am now asking for uninstall and STOP SUBSCRIPTION!!!
