Disgraceful system and service. System broken down therefore unable to complete registration. When customer service advised they then insist on obtaining ID card number. Data protection issue! The only thing app can do is reload MY mobile so now this is restrictive also as many times I reload other family members. My choice not Telecoms! This requires a lot more work and thought from a user perspective. Uninstalled!!!!

Not really user-friendly if you can not copy and paste password from your password manager, but instead you are expected to ... retype it. Certainly impacting security by almost enforcing simple to retype passwords. Not a great design (blocking copy and paste does not increase security-on the contrary!). Poor design.
