ESSENTIAL app for any outdoor job site. Careless foreman hate it. Gives accurate distance and timing of lightning strikes, indicating when to seek shelter. Customizable notifications are extremely helpful. 4 rather than 5 stars because sometimes reports are delayed, both in timing and proximity, but possibly due to my personal data/location settings and service.

We live in an area where lightning and thunderstorms are frequent, one storm burnt out our Internet modem meaning couple of days without connection. This app is the only one I have found (Samsung Galaxy phone) that sends alerts if storm is close, so I can unplug modem, -- you can set parameters for area you want alerts for. I find it runs seamlessly and ads are infrequent, I will make a contribution though because I think the developers deserve it. Perfect app for peace of mind.

Locks up on full screen advertising. I can't see any weather at all. This is worthless to me. I'm UNINSTALLING this app. You have been warned. No excuses, there are other weather apps that work.

Lowered a star. Deceptive ads....OPENED A WEB PAGE!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Will UNINSTALL if continus to happen!! ***Doesn't zoom in to most recent w/ proper setting.**** Need better designation for new strikes. ZOOM TO setting not working. Would like to have ability to have multiple locations so could track current location, home, second home. Radar...would like to be able to stop at "now" and then play forward without going back to start and to set play back speed.
