There was absolutely nothing local about it. In fact, when I finally found a discount it was for Bistro 21. It came up under Retail. There is a Bistro 21 in Toms River NJ, but it's a restaurant. The discount wasn't in USD United States Dollars $, it was in BPS British Pound Sterling £! In the Comments, the only geographical references I found were for Northern Ireland, and Great Britain. Local App? Maybe for the British Isles, but not where I live. 👎
