Was working fine until recently unable to update App and in My M1+ For Bespoke Plan, unable to make Bill Payment by credit card and unable to Add credit card as well as unable to enable recurring charges on credit card.

Update on Aug 2026: No improvement! Still forced to install this useless app. 2024 rating: Extremely poor customer service experience. You have to wait for hours for agent to attend to your chat. Yet the agent was very quick to close off your chat, and you have to restart the connecting to agent process again. Forced to use the app but unable to get things done smoothly.
