Was advised by RCH that I could see my childs medical info. 1 day later, there is still no data in the app. What's the point if the data is not there or stale.

Our past appointments and infusions or treatments are no longer stored. It was a handy reference, and I really would appreciate it being available

It's been more 5 business and still have not received my username and password for the app. I have called the number on the app only to be told to email a different email address. Haven't received an email back. Sent another email to submission as they ask for you to send your driver's licence to send this up. So far very disappointed.
