Wowsers.... I was a little disappointed, not so much by price but with the time it took for any call to connect. Whilst support tried and suggested various resolutions, nothing worked. Until that was around the 20th March when some OTA upgrade happened, because now calls connect instantly, calls are received when made by callers and not dropped. THM are now providing a service comparable to their carrier network. A huge thank-you! 🥰

We find talk home good in terms of wi if reception. But find the cost to high for what's on offer. Some of the 3rd party offers via Martin money and u switch are better value but they don't give EU use the same amount as UK use. So we think will move our main SIM to lebara, and may use talk home as our 2nd emergency SIM at low data allowance. We suggest keep your EU use same as UK use for offers

Login Failed - Can't get passed this, so the app is a definite 1 star from me. Constant unnecessary notifications too and I hadn't even logged in. Poor! Not a great start for a new customer...... 🤔

When I open the app it says the following: Server issue. Something went wrong. Now it's saying Request Failed and I can not log in to the app. Since today, I am no longer receiving my text messages. Fix your service.

Bought one sim and everything went fine, bought another for my wife and have had nothing but grief. I tried to port her number across to the new sim and after 2 months it's still not sorted.

I don't recommend talk home mobile for PCO driver. Talk Home mobile part of EE. It's rubbish, when I'm on the phone call internet doesn't work. They don't have VoLTE service. For MiniCab driver this talk home network not suitable. I don't recommend
