Just works. Identification done in 30 secs. But it's Germany: "Health insurance is informed and will send out your PIN in 10-14 days by mail." Mail without an E. No blame to WebID, but to Germany in the year 2026... 🙈🫣😢

Does not recognize standard EU National IDs. Tried many times, and it will not accept my IDs. Unusable for identification and does not even support the use of German eIDs to indefinitely people.

Tried 3 times. Gave up on using it for opening an account. Horrible. They just disconnect the call anytime they have a minor problem.

Worst customer experience, paired with a flaky app. I hope this whole process gets replaced by the eID on a passport soon, and I can delete the app
