Just works. Identification done in 30 secs. But it's Germany: "Health insurance is informed and will send out your PIN in 10-14 days by mail." Mail without an E. No blame to WebID, but to Germany in the year 2026... 🙈🫣😢

0 star for sure. First, app sucks document scan does not work. Secondly the people working there have no interest to help or do their job properly. My contract said my Nickname is K and my Vorname is PK, but they said my passport stated that my full name is KPK so they don't accept this and just ended the call. To go through this just sucks. Which companies in their right mind want their customers to go through this web ID thing clearly does not want any customers.

Just called 6 times in a row. Worst process in the world. Staff hungs up randomly, every time the process needed to be restarted from scratch. Nothing centralized, how many of us need to call and do it every single time?
