Just works. Identification done in 30 secs. But it's Germany: "Health insurance is informed and will send out your PIN in 10-14 days by mail." Mail without an E. No blame to WebID, but to Germany in the year 2026... 🙈🫣😢

Does not recognize standard EU National IDs. Tried many times, and it will not accept my IDs. Unusable for identification and does not even support the use of German eIDs to indefinitely people.

The staff is very unprofessional and quite disrespectful. I called and waited for 40 minutes and then finally when an employee answered, I said hello, he looked at his screen and hung up on me without an explanation or saying a word. I attempted to call again and waited this time around 15 minutes then someone answered with their camera off and hung up without explanation as well. This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Worst I'd process ever. Waiting times are unbelievably long. I've waited 4.5 hours, 1 hour, 2 hours, now 2.5 hours and no connection with the employee. I would gladly go to post or offline authentication then use this tool. Most likely will cancel the contract that needed this verification, because WebID is pathetic. Never have I been so frustrated by an app and process like this.

There workers are so impatient and rude. Once they end the call, the rest of the co-workers won't speak with you. Worst ID identification platform

Worst customer experience, paired with a flaky app. I hope this whole process gets replaced by the eID on a passport soon, and I can delete the app
