Every time I attempt to log in, either I am redirected to the log in screen after inputting my password or the app crashes. This app is a completely useless waste of storage space. You're better off using a web browser to access your healthcare information.

AVOID CIGNA!!! I was forced to switch to Cigna because my company thought it was better (fyi to anyone who wants to listen, that just means they don't care about employees but want a better margin). Cigna has very minimal east coast US hours, so when you finally get time to contact them, they are unavailable. To notify that a "new" Digital Only ID card was available, this garbage company used part of my premium to send a PHYSICAL MAIL NOTICE to inform me of the PURELY DIGITAL new ID card

Can no longer login after recent updates. The login screen takes me to a web page, I enter my username/password and then the page just sits there blank......

Glitches out if you ask to chat to a human, and you can't actually talk to anyone but the AI chatbot. Extremely frustrating
