Good app to have for CIGNA members. Everything you might need for healthcare is easily accessible. Too bad CIGNA won't be offering ACA plans in 2027.

Continuous sign in loop. Sign in, and it just goes back to the sign-in page, then goes back to the sign-in page, then goes back to the sign-in page. You think it's annoying to read in a review, try repeating it just so you can get your insurance card. Still haven't been able to get past the sign-in page. Just called and requested a physical card.

Pros: Works slightly better than the direct web interface Cons: Redirects to a browser to login Browser login flakey, have to change to a different browser to get logged in instead of logging in directly on the app Slow, everything you do is really slow, and navigating the app is awful Login is only good for 30 days at a time
