Continuous sign in loop. Sign in, and it just goes back to the sign-in page, then goes back to the sign-in page, then goes back to the sign-in page. You think it's annoying to read in a review, try repeating it just so you can get your insurance card. Still haven't been able to get past the sign-in page. Just called and requested a physical card.

If I filter by in person appointments only, I expect to see a list of providers who are not "virtual only." The website has that issue as well. Also, when you go to reviews, it never loads, and when you go to get info on EAP, it always says something went wrong.

Logging in for the first time, "You have exceeded your login attempts" I see I need to update the app...so I do....start making a new account "you already have an account, log in?" Proceed to log in," YOU HAVE EXCEEDED YOUR LOGIN ATTEMPTS!" Garbage and I can never show my doctor my card.

Currently having scam emails with cigna/express scripts claiming I owe money for prescriptions I've never had. And no way to report to cigna itself. Even via their AI.

Make sense of your transaction history: admin adjustment +, admin adjustment -, admin adjustment +, admin adjustment -. They should be sued for adding recurrent fictitious adjustments in the app.
