When searching for providers, the search window is covered by informational windows about my plan and my location. These windows cannot be moved or collapsed making it impossible to see what you are putting in. the app is worthless for a cell phone. Maybe for a pad which has a larger screen.

The app contains little or no useful information for enrolled members of Cigna Medicare Supplement plan. Any information I want it tells me to check my EOB! There is no description of plan changes or cost for the coming 2026 year. Why do I need an app that has no useful purpose for me. On top of it Cigna customer support is worthless and always requires making phone calls. I am seriously considering ditching cigna as my Medicare supplement insurance provider altogether in the enrollment period.
