Easy app to use This is a fantastic app. I took a few pictures and submitted my information I wanted to be done and the next day there was a note on my door from the city saying they would complete the work within a week.

This app doesn't work, when clicking on REQUEST REPORT, the app closes...reported the issue three times, to NO AVAIL!!! I have cleared the cache, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, three times, they don't respond to the issues.

Downloaded this app to report a very large pothole and ap opens to a blank white screen with a logo in the center and nothing else. On top of that the DSM website does not give you an option to report potholes. OUR GOVERNMENT IN ACTION.

App was okay until it completely stopped working. It won't even load anymore. Also, certain requests are then pushed back to the resident to take to someone else. I thought the point of this app was to have everything in one location and make it easier for residents to report issues? Guess the city doesn't care.
