Not as intuitive as it could be I agree with other reviews that it is a bit unusual to navigate this app. I had a problem that showing a ticket QR code would change the screen brightness (fine), but switching away lowered brightness to minimum, but it mysteriously disappeared and works fine now.

So many features missing from this app. Why do I need to dig through the app to show my e-ticket QR Code? Wouldn't it be better to have an option to shortcut the QR Code to the home screen? Rather than wait for this slow ass app to load? App also crashes if left open between uses. Renewing tickets often won't work the first time and requires a score of attempts. Also, if I'm on a 40 pass how about alerts? Have your app developers ever heard of an alert? A text message even? By today's standards this is an incompetent attempt at an app. I hope fullers didn't pay through the nose for it. As it is complete rubbish.

Have to create an account. All I want is the timetables and any alerts which should be available without a login.

The login process doesn't work properly. Multiple password resets, and still ... I complained a few months ago. NO response. 1 out of 10 for customer service.
