Excellent Parking App- I use this when I am mainly around the downtown area where most of the zones are. I don't use it regularly, but I keep a balance so that when I am in a Park Plus area I can easily start and stop my parking and only be charged for my exact time. I can easily check to see how much time I have left and can add time easily. I have been using the app for years and love the convenience and control.

Wish I knew why the app logs me out so many times, and I have to log back in. App works a lot of the time but not all. Request for reminder that the app is still counting down my time when I forget to stop my parking session. The only way to know if my session is still ongoing is to actually go back into the app.

This is by far the worst parking app I’ve used. You can’t simply pay per parking session, instead you’re forced to load money into an account, which almost always leaves you with unused credit. Starting a parking session is also frustrating, often requiring multiple attempts before it works. At that point, it’s faster and easier to just pay at the kiosk in the lot.

Quality is so bad lately. Signs you out all the time. I had to reset my password and the page doesn't load. Super frustrating
