Wish I knew why the app logs me out so many times, and I have to log back in. App works a lot of the time but not all. Request for reminder that the app is still counting down my time when I forget to stop my parking session. The only way to know if my session is still ongoing is to actually go back into the app.

Very convenient, easy to use. App is slow to boot up and sometimes doesn't work. Reported by calling in, advised to use text # to start/stop session, worked once then not next time app was not working.

I didn't think they could make this app worse, but they managed to by forcing re-logging in every time you want to use it. I have to park my wife's car as a guest because you can't have the same plate on multiple accounts because god forbid someone pay for your parking instead of you. The user experience on this app feels like it was developed in the early 2000s.

Keeps autocorrecting to wrong zone number every time I try to pay for parking. I already have a ticket because of the app

Quality is so bad lately. Signs you out all the time. I had to reset my password and the page doesn't load. Super frustrating
