The service is absolutely useless and does not get Wi-Fi installed from this company because if you call the executive, he does not pick up the call, even if two days have passed since you complained, the complaint is not resolved, money is wasted if you get Wi-Fi installed from this company. Because I am facing the same issue every month

What are you even charging money for? Your internet line stays down most of the time. You don’t even monitor the service properly — your only focus is on whether the recharge is about to expire. The internet has been down since morning, and this has happened many times. There is no one to check the line, no proper monitoring, and no one even picks up calls. A customer keeps facing the same issue again and again, and there is no permanent solution. Every time, you just give excuses.
