It does work because I used it to check my data remaining for Internet and also to pay bills and utility, sometimes my’t money do bugs out then I used this one, but care app is good for checking your personal home internet, or upgrade Let's say you want to upgrade your home internet from 100M to 300M, just use this app. No need to visit local shops. Same for E-SIM post pay or prepay you can get new electronic sim card and whatnot so It's really good app

Poorly designed. Why does this software block payment for 30 minutes if ever there is a mistake when typing any information? Do the IT engineers of Mauritius Telecom believe hackers would hack the system to pay their clients' bills? Terrible experience.

Not recommended at all. No option to link bank account if your myt number is not registered to your bank account. No credit card option payment available. Self care website is not working since several weeks now and none of the staff are able to provide assistance on payments. Poor customer service and no flexibility on payment options. Instead of improving lives of your customers, this app prefers to give the worst time to them.

Cannot log in into the application. Application goes into a loop between register and login

Have to register each time the app is updated. Does not allow payments to complete. Did not register a recharge made through visa payment while my credit card account has been effectively credited.
