Needs work very up and down on connection and subscription. Often tell you to complete subscriptions to use even though I have months ago. Complete pain when wanting to warm up the car and de-ice. Loses settings on metric. And cost of mileage is useless as random cost in the thousand for a journey of a few miles

Ok...after many emails and updates...got there in the end....cabin preconditioning is utterly pointless though. No warm cabin function ...useless on icy morning.

Very poor... the units in account settings are in miles per gallon, quite wrong for an electric car. The electric consumption is way off in the trips tab, even when set to £0.32 per kw/h is says a 20-mile journey cost me £1971.

Can't use app can't see the car charging on it or I can't see any of lock doors open doors lights or horn not happy at all needs a lot of work my car is an electric grand land ultimate

Without a doubt the worst vehicle app on the market. I have a 2025 Vauxhall Grand land EV, possibly the best car I have ever owned but the app lets it down massively. Constant connection issues, slow to respond, constant bugs, have to uninstall and reinstall frequently. Contacted Vauxhall, and they tell me my car is not even compatible with some of the features which is nonsense!!! Vauxhall must improve it as its critical for their EV users for charging!!!!
