I would like the ability to see real time arrivals for buses at the stop I am currently at, so I know when the next bus is due to arrive.

As of 11/6/25 started working on my phone running Android 11. Can at least see some buses' location now but would be good if you didn't have to select a scheduled bus to see location.

You have to click an external link to check your balance, which requires a multi-layer sign in and takes a ridiculously long time. I carried over my balance from the old byway system, but it has not once given me a QR code since it began, so I have no way to use or access the money. It just sits there mocking me, like everything else Transport Canberra does.

QR code no longer shows up. Despite saving card details in app for ease of top up, I have to now manually put in my card details each time. Have deleted and added the app on multiple occasions as well as ensuring my phone is up-to-date - fixed nothing!
