★★★★★ This is a very Good app for Zippy Fiber!!! 😃🥳😀😄.

★★★★★ The app is great but more importantly, is that their internet service is the best here in the great state of Bonners Ferry Idaho. But even more importantly, there customer service is the best I have ever seen. Our internet went down and I called them. They were very helpful on the phone and got someone to my house the same day. I would highly recommend them.

★★☆☆☆ App is pretty much worthless in resolving troubleshooting. It does not communicate with internet router for Wi-Fi issues. A waste of time. Zippy is aware that App does not communicate with your home network.

★★☆☆☆ Can't even log in to the app. Always says there is a problem and to try again later. Have no issues getting logged in on the website.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work correctly. Won't allow paying a bill. Better to pay online without the app and have no problems. Don't waste your time
