Having this app functioning properly is way more convenient than visiting the branch and waiting long hours. The only problem is I am unable to create a second account and keep getting a "User already registered" message. Under Transaction History where it says "Your Actual Balance", it's showing the wrong figure.

A great app that eliminates the need to go to the National Savings center. It works in the same way as other Banks Apps. One can check the balance, transfer or buy other products of the National Savings center through the App. Congrats to the National Savings.

I tried to reach out many times but couldn't get any responce. I signed up my account few months ago when I got otp and opened msg box and again came back to app, page was disappeared. Now I tried many times to resume my application, but it shows that your number is linked with another account. Tried many times but same issue. Also emailed on given address many times but no response. Really pathetic

I am a retired person, soch raha tha NS me pese rakhta hun acha profit milay ga. magar bank k metallic aur application k metallic comments parh kar me to Herman ho geya k ap log kese survive kar rahe ho. mere pese filial HBL me paray hen I swear I have never faced any issue till now since 2023. Aur NS App developer harmakhor k liay mera message ye ha k ye tutty phutty English bolne se behtar ha ap log App ko behtar karen. Banks k metallic b logon k reviews 0/0. Trying for otp after changing my Android phone but no otp by visiting concern NSC and calling their so far called helpline who are helpless and having no Access to branch record not branch has enough knowledge to tackle the issue & reserve it. Really disappointed ☹️ to see this.
