Overall it does exactly what it is designed to do. It provides a user-friendly recirculation scheduling, data query, and settings menu. A small suggestion.....add inlet water temp to EMS data page. Would be nice to compare with gas usage.

The app is good to keep me posted it if anything goes wrong with any of my units. But it should display more info about the status of the unit when it is running. (running time, system delta T, PSI, pump flow. Etc.)

App works well and provides quick easy to read information. Placement and ui design could use improvement as information does not fill entire screen on my Galaxy S10. A more dynamic layout based on screen size would be beneficial.

Can't connect to Wi-Fi. This app is enforcing its own password requirements, not for setting a password, but for entering the password to connect to my Wi-Fi. Since my Wi-Fi password has a space in it, that means this app won't let the water heater connect to the Wi-Fi. Password requirements should only be enforced when creating a new password, not when trying to connect to another device!

Poor documentation. No help file in app. No explanation of data fields. Been this way for at least 3 years that I have had my water heater which, by the way, is excellent. C'mon Navien, redesign this worthless app.

I've used since this app and Nailing since 2020. This app refuses to connect to the server now. It's costing me extra money in wasted heating gas because it's not on a schedule. Hasn't worked in 5+ weeks. Super annoyed this hasn't been fixed.
