Neck Exercises: Nodwell

Neck exercises you can do without looking at your phone. Nodwell guides you through short routines of neck stretches and shoulder exercises: a voice tells you what to do, a tone marks every switch, and your phone vibrates when it is time to change sides. You turn your head. You do not have to watch a screen.

WHY NODWELL IS DIFFERENT

• Start right away. Open the app, tap Start. No account, no quiz, no payment before your first neck workout.
• Three full routines stay free: Quick reset (3 minutes), Desk break, Morning loosen-up.
• Hands-free guidance. Voice, sounds and vibration lead you through every exercise.
• See where you should feel it. On the figure, the stretched spot glows.
• Left and right are never mixed up. The figure moves like your mirror image.
• No ads. Not between exercises, not anywhere.

MEASURE HOW FAR YOU CAN TURN YOUR HEAD

Hold your phone to your forehead and move your head. Nodwell uses the motion sensors in your phone to show how far you turn, tilt and nod, in degrees, left and right. Measure again after a week or two and see what the neck stretches do for you. Share your result as a picture if you like.

20 EXERCISES, EXPLAINED IN PLAIN WORDS

Chin tuck, slow head turns, ear to shoulder, shoulder rolls, shoulder blade squeeze, chest opener, gentle strength holds without equipment, and more. Every exercise comes with one or two short sentences and a figure that shows the move. Choose short, normal or long holds.

MADE FOR DESK DAYS AND PHONE NECK

Hours at a screen pull the head forward and make neck and shoulders tight. A few minutes of neck exercises, a few times a day, are easy to keep up. Nodwell reminds you once a day if you want, and stays quiet when you have just done a routine.

GOOD TO KNOW

Nodwell is a guide for general fitness and wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The mobility check is a rough guide for yourself, not a medical measurement. Move gently and stop if anything hurts. If you have an injury, strong or lasting pain, dizziness or numbness, talk to a doctor before you start.

Recent changes:
After your routine, Nodwell now shows what you just achieved: your first routine, and if you measured, your mobility before and after. From there you can take a look at Pro with five more routines, your trend over weeks and break reminders. Shown at most once a day, easy to close, and free stays free.
