3/3/26: App finally works as it should on Android. 19/9/24: App works on 2nd reopen. Minimal lag. 15/7/24: Almost there. Everything EXCEPT fan speed changing works. 1/4/23: Progress. Loading anim is helpful. But on 1st open it doesn't connect. Works in 2nd re-open. Restarted wall control, seems to fix that. 5/12/23: Still unusable. 14/9/23: Slow & unresponsive. 8/9/23: 1yr, barely works. Huge lag. Poor exp. Needs btn feedback/loading anim, something, anything! 5/7/23: App doesn't work.

I had my frustrations with this app in the past, mostly due to frequent connectivity problems, bagginess and UI issues, but it seems that Action Air finally paid attention, threw the right resources at the issue and the latest NEO Connect versions seem very solid and all my complaints are gone, now. I have been using 1.0.1 (1400) and just saw another minor update to (1404). It's a reliable, easy to use, great app! Why did it take so long...? If you've had bad experience, just download the update.

I've used this app for the past 14 months. Works great most of the time. My impatience sometimes gets to me when it appears to not respond to adjustments...but It does. Just close it and reopen 👍 Action, the best AC's we've had. 25 years all up.

QUE used to work so efficiently. NEO is often non-responsive, and fewer features. We had to 'upgrade' as our QUE controller failed, NEO panels look nice, but the app never works. I have spent close to an hour on the train changing it from 26 degrees, to 24 degrees, and turning off continuous fan. I have internet connection, but it keeps reverting. Even on Wi-Fi I have to keep ending app completely from processes, and rebooting. Bring back QUE connectivity (and bring back the "outdoor temp)! (1423)

Has state management issues after selecting options they won't apply, or they may apply and the selections are not updated in the UI, so sometimes you switch to another page and come back then it updates. Or sometimes options can't be selected at all like fan speed, and you need to close and reopen. From a usability perspective it is easily the worst app I have installed across all my devices. I see Action eng. Asking users to email directly, doesn't require that use your own app and see!

Most broken app I have ever used. First 1-star review I've ever left, I think. Works *maybe* once a day. The other 99% of the time I tap in an input, it either pretends like the input went through and does nothing, or (best case scenario) tells me there's a network timeout - at least then I know my input didn't work. How is anyone making software this bad in the year 2025?
