Great app. Works perfectly on my Samsung Note 10 Plus 5G and my wife's iPhone. Make the air-conditioning very easy to use. Also makes it easy to turn fan on only to circulate air.

Updated app is great. Changes in the app are reflected on the wall controller quickly. Only wish is the app would let you change back to ESP mode through the app. Changing the speed takes it out of ESP which can only be reset by using the wall controller. Other than that very happy.

I cannot agree more with all the other reviews, this is an absolutely atrocious application. Unreliable on both Wi-Fi and cellular. I never know if the air-conditioning is actually on or off until I get home, and it's either hot in the house or one of the zones has not been turned on/off. Spending big $$$$ on a unit only to be let down by horrible application support. Fix your damn application.

This app is a slap in the face of Action Air customers. I paid for the ACM (Wi-Fi module) and I was promised that in addition to the app it will remotely control the air con unit. It worked in 2015, but then it stopped working with all my phone's and tablets (Apple and Android). It wasn't updated since 2018, and tells me that Action Air doesn't care about us, their customers. The app is a total waste of time, and don't bother trying to get customer support because it is in existent. Shame!
