Trouble getting the time pickup you need. a good portion of the time you have to call in because whoever set up the app set it up, so you can't get the time that you requested. Without calling in.

The service is fantastic and the drivers are really nice. The app definitely needs work. There should be a way to select the # of adult paying regular fare and # of senior paying reduce fare to be ordered for the same trip ride. It would be great if they expanded the hours of operations. Monday to Friday, 6 am to 8 pm, is very limited.

Great idea, but the app only allows you to travel through a few towns. Would be better if the routes were expanded throughout Nassau County.
