I ordered a new Nickel bank card on July 2nd. It was stated that it would be shipped on July 7th and that I would receive it on July 14th, 2026. I have called several times, and I am constantly told that delivery takes 15 days. However, it has been more than 15 days; it is now July 28th, and I still haven't received my card. I paid 30 euros for this new card, and I still haven't received anything. I am extremely disappointed.

Nickel is scamming. No normal customers service, no normal answers to requests. They sell only bank cards for 25 euro and after only one day they close bank cards. It happens so many friends of mine as well. Don't recommend! Don't use this app!! Scamming!

I'm about to close this nickel account, fess upon fees! Down to viewing my own pin is a fee. Now I used this dumb account to have cash sent to me. To withdraw it is another fee on top of the other fees already charged....ya im done with this, I'll not be contributing to y'all get rich scheme. Talkin bout all fees were displayed at start.which is a BIG lie, the $25 new few was disclosed at start to, just keep on lying lying lying to scam ppl. Nickel is TRASH!!!!...

I am very disappointed with Nickel's customer service. I have had a bank transfer issue for over a month, and it still has not been resolved. Despite contacting customer support several times, I have not received any real solution. Customer service should be faster, more responsive, and more effective. I hope Nickel improves the way it handles customer issues.
