Comments on North Herts Council for Android

★★★★★ Beccy Forrow · Jan 15, 2026

Clearly laid out information. Can do lots of useful things & way better than the clunky old website 👍

★★★★☆ Rob Cook · Dec 31, 2025

Works well enough. Fairly light and clean interface. Issue that the bin collection dates sometimes differ from the results on the website.

★★☆☆☆ Matt Langmead · Dec 31, 2025

I only use this to check bin days, but unfortunately it's showing wrong data so can't be trusted. I've updated the app, cleared the data, and double-checked my address, but it's still saying the next waste collection is over 3 weeks away while the website says there's one in 3 days time.
