I cannot download this app to my laptop and it is very frustrating to have an appointment for my children and holding my phone while trying to have my kids also participate in the appointment. It also is impossible to try to get ahold of someone from noteworth for questions or assistance.

This is a poor app for a patient. Only being able to use on a phone is terrible. Holding a phone properly for the duration of a visit is a pain. Only half of my doctor's face was on screen. Need to hsve a pc or laptop app. It seems doctors use a Noteworth app with more functionality they need that runs on a pc. My doctor knows my feelings of this app. I've asked them to look at doxy.me for telemedicine. It works on many platforms.
