Overall Good, A solid Good. But...not great. I am of a certain age, male and a nurse. I'm sort of hybridizing this app as it's way more than my team needs. The links, the layout, even the "what to include" hints on the cards ? Best I've seen. Moving around is not. It's not intuitive. There doesn't seem to be that spot on every page where old people like me can go back and see contents and how to get there. Maybe it is there, but I can't find it.! Otherwise, great app guys!

I've been looking for something to share with my RN colleagues after our discussions about shift handoffs. As a social worker continuity of care is big with our ability to gather patient information. This app is clear, user-friendly, and had NO ANNOYING ADDS SSS! Love it!

The app used to be free, now it says in-app purchases of 19.99 to 239. That's very misleading you cannot use the app at all without paying 29.99 a month or 239 a year which is quite an increase. My recent experience was very buggy, when I tried to update patient info on an existing patient the screen is blank, and I can't update any sections. Hopefully a new update will fix it. I find myself not using the app much as a result. They have made other useful features that I like such as care plans.

The idea is great, the cost is prohibitively high. This is a massive improvement over paper, on the right track, but no hospital would permit its use (patient privacy issues) and convincing an entire unit let alone multiple to subscribe and use this would be impossible, thus rendering it main feature useless. The next best thing for this concept would be something that integrates with the hospital system.
