Great service, home charger installed in half a day. Charging is made so much easier with the Ohme app with just a couple of taps on your mobile phone, after you've plugged the cable in, then go about your business and once you're car is charged to your requested percentage it will automatically switch off. If you have the cheap rate hours just plug in, set the time to start charging on the app, and it's done. Brilliant choice for motability or every day drivers of EV vehicles to get installed.

Not charging properly anymore. Apparently the app can't work out the charge on a Kia car. Plugged it in last night and it barely charged. Rubbish. Was also a nightmare install with Octopus. Avoid Ohme and avoid Octopus EVs.

Only installed charger 2 weeks ago and have had broke nights sleep to ensure my id4 is charged. It's failed to charge on many occasions, and I have to unpair and re pair my car each and every time the car is plugged in. And even that doesn't ensure it stays connected. Please tell me how manually charging is an acceptable solution as with that it expects you to add a %. How does it know what percentage if it can't connect to the car and read the size of battery. I'm extremely dissapointed😞

This app makes no sense to me at all. I'm new to Ohme (forced by free install with new car). Even with everything "smart" turned off, the car not paired, the tariff data added manually, the app still insists on creating some random charging schedule "based on my vehicle and tariff data". How can I use this as plug and go and let car schedule the charging start time? "View Session" data also seems to be made up of random start/end times and energy used. Bears no relation to reality, so useless.
