Bought holiday for 3k then, then they contacted me 2 days before flying saying that my flights are overbooked, asking me to pay 1k extra for new flights to fly to a different airport. Spent 12 hours trying to chat to them but they just transferring me from 1 person to another.

The company is a disgrace. Takes your money but don't process your booking. Customer service is a joke and that's the way they talk to you. The reason that our holiday was cancelled: "it appears someone else has just pipped you to the post"
