I can't even apply for the card It shows the waiting list for almost 9 months. You are successful here but I can't apply even if customer service is the worst no message no contact number

I submitted my application, but it's stuck for more than 2 weeks now. When I try to verify my location it throws an error saying: Something went wrong and the app freezes for no reason, nothing happens just suck. Can't go forward can't go back. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, but it seems like One Card doesn't want to fix it. Too much effort wasted for getting a Credit Card. Other banks offer a card on the go. It's a pain really trying to get One Card.
