Banking Partners & Eligibility Criteria
One Credit Card is offered by multiple Banks and financial institutions i.e South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Indian Bank, and SBM (State Bank of Mauritius).
You must be 18+ years old and an Indian resident to be eligible for One Credit Card. The approval is subject to your credit score and the issuing bank partner’s eligibility criteria.

I am receiving the msg like My EDD re-sync is pending from one card. When I try to complete my re-sync by the provided link, The link is not working even it is not taking the pan number and not generating otp also, The otp genarting button is not enable, there are a lot of bugs in the provided link and one card app, simply providing the solution as uninstall and install app or update app only. One of the worst cht support from one card I have already raised, simple they closed-9972989

One of the worst service by one card. If we want to raise any dispute regarding transactions or offers we can't able to connect the customer care immediately. It asks so many questions and our issue is not listed in their options. Yesterday I have been in a location where I tried to apply offer in the same location. But it is asking us to be in the location. I was in the location only. This is worse service that I have experienced. Just to avoid the offers they will introduce all these fishy.
