The app used to work great but now crashes, locks up, and restarts my phone every time I try to close out of it. Needs fixing!

Crashes on launch under Android 9. Works fine on Android 8. Pixel 2 XL. Last update was 2014, which tells you how good support is.

Used it regularly for several years (worked great) but it stopped working after Android 9 installation. Now it crashes immediately after launch. Device is a moto x4.

I downloaded the recent upgrade and now all that ha]ens is that continually loads. Because of this I will have Toby a nest thermostat I know it be able to be consoled the mobile app. I do not recommend this thermostat.
