The Opsgenie Application for Android delivers the power of the solution to your mobile devices. You can receive push notifications when alerts and incidents arise, take action directly from the application, understand the status of all known issues and manage your on-call responsibilities.
Opsgenie for Android is free for all Opsgenie customers and requires a subscription to Opsgenie service. Your Opsgenie administrator will send an invite via email for you to create an account. Once your account is created, you can log in to Opsgenie service from the Android app with your Opsgenie username and password.

I don't understand why this is rated so low except that people hate getting on call alerts. App has been unobtrusive and consistent. Getting pushes is much better than text messages, since you can view and ack alerts without having to log in anything. Does exactly what you'd want an app like this to do.

I've been using Ops genie for about 3 years, and I love the fact that it will override the default sound settings on my Samsung Galaxy phone to wake me up in the middle of the night. My only complaint and it's happened a couple of times it's it got disconnected from the Ops genie website, and I couldn't mute/stop the alarms without a full account authentication (2FA) which is sometimes difficult to do on a mobile device especially when alarms are going off constantly.

It does what's on the tin. It's a required app for my job. The only thing I wish I could do is tell it when I'm on vacation, so I don't get paged for backup. And I wish I didn't get paged as much, but that's not the fault of the app... ;)

The app never actually alerts. I have to rely on a text msg to know I'm being alerted. Dnd override and notifications are enabled

Keeps setting phone to Do Not Disturb after an alert fires. Phone starts on silent, will raise volume for an alert chime, and it used to properly reset the volume, but now it sets my phone to Do Not Disturb. Please fix this.

I just want a way for Ops Genie notifications to be at full volume even if texts and calls are on vibrate or silent. It is infuriating that I have to reset my ringer every time I get paged.
