Been an OCU member a long time, loved the old app. The new one -It's Ok- It's a smoother interface, but bill pay is removed completely from the app, which means I have to be home to do bill pay on my laptop, which SUCKS. Major negative. Oh & both in the app AND online, it won't let me add my dad to frequent people I send money too (even though he's re-enrolled already & I have all his acct info correct)... Online it won't save the details, in the app it won't let you select the acct to send to.

Don't bother trying to do a mobile deposit. Adding everything they want to the back of the check and still get "please make sure your signature, for mobile deposit, Oregonians credit union, and account number are clearly written on the back.". I swear, this is the only banking app I've ever used that I can't get to deposit a check, despite adding all the requirements to the back. If I could give a 0 star for the mobile deposit, I would.

Mobile check deposits don't even work on this app. Not to mention it copies some weird link to my clipboard each time I close the app. It's trash. You're a credit union, be better

Fix your damn verification! 1: It's painfully slow. 2: The whole thing is smothered in bureaucratic red tape. 3: Device recognition does not save properly. Every log-in requires a new verification. 4: Devices are still in the list though. You will receive the same number of duplicate notifications as devices.
