Today I visit to ora jewelry mangalore. And I had a very gud experience.it's not the first time I visited there .but I liked the way they treat us specially staff Maratha.....her kind gesture the way she treats us....patience in showing various diamond ornaments she is also friendly. We really enjoyed it. All the staffs in the showroom are so kind and friendly. Thank u all guys... Manager was also kind to us, and also he was guiding us in our selection. Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely pathetic experience. I placed the order, made the full payment, and thought everything was confirmed. The next day, I get a call saying the price has increased, and I have to pay more — after I already paid! And without even waiting for my response or confirmation, they just went ahead and canceled the order. Unbelievable. This is not how a trustworthy brand operates. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Never going back. Go for TANISHA

Iam completely dissatisfied because I bought 150000 worth jewelry they said we will send 15000 voucher, receive voucher today I went to orra to buy any item with that voucher they said to claim 10000 voucher customer need to buy min amount 50000 and what ever we buy 50000 item, when you go for exchange after 1 or 2 years theybsaid that they will minus those 10000, and they will give only 40000 item

Extremely disappointed with ORRA Diamonds – Kolhapur branch. We were pressurized heavily to join the Bhishi scheme and open two accounts. Now that we have asked for a refund due to lack of trust and no proper action, the manager Vishal Patil is not cooperating. They are even asking us to return the gifts given at the time of joining. It has been months and our money is still stuck with them. We also expect the company to honor the promised ₹1000 per ₹10,000 interest, which has not been addresse
