The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
The Oticon ON App also enables you to: • Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session • Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones • Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya, if your devices support audio streaming. • Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™ • Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things

I hated the connect clip but when it died I needed a mic. I found that the app innovation does the job. I was able to hear music and callers over Bluetooth, but callers couldn't hear me. Now they can. Hope this helps someone else. I have a 2024 Moto G. Controls my hearing aids, but it could be better. Needs a widget to give control from the desktop.

I like this app I can control my hearing aids. I just wish there was a way to control the volume and settings on a smartwatch. I have a Galaxy phone and watch, and I'm not finding a way to get it on my watch. That would be so nice to have. I'm not always in places where it's polite to open up my phone and change settings.

Excellent for "hearing" the outside world but awful for using Bluetooth to my phone. I have even uninstalled it and reinstalled it on my phone. Disconnects often. And yes I have unpaired it and paired again. Still same issues.

Android 14 (Pixel 7) - Streaming incoming calls to the hearing aid not working as expected ! (Oticon ON App ver.: 2.5.0.10268) all incoming calls - as soon as I answer them - do not stream directly to the hearing aids!! (Android 13 - worked OK) Bypass Solution (Android 14 users only): 1. Uninstall Oticon ON app 2. Unpair hearing aid from your phone 3. Turn off your hearing aid & Turn on again 4. Pair your hearing aid again "Settings -> Accessibility -> Hearing Devices" 5. Restart your phone
