I don't get all the whining about those lightbulbs... I have three BeeWi ones and all connected perfectly, phone just need to have Location and Bluetooth activated. BeeWi app was way worse than this tbh. This new Otio Home have two disadvantages in my opinion: 1- it doesn't have a dark mode. A real "joy" when you wake up to turn on or off a light. You have to stare into those pure WHITE backgrounds. -D and 2- You can't control the rate of changing colors anymore. The old app had some presets, this one only have 2 "color variation" buttons - Short and Long. Neither being slow enough (like 20-30sec. For a full cycle).

Please make it possible to link with Google Home! App now works great but I can't link my account with Google Home! It tells me that there's no devices linked to my account but in the app it works perfectly

Signing up without Google is not working correctly, can't select the country and no labels in the interface... Only the keys to labels localizations are present.... Can't select the timezone, so cannot finish the sign-up... Ended up here because of Beewi smart pad, that at least was working for many years.... Now my light bulb can't be controlled.... Such a trash app

This brand is everything g but NOT SMART, you spend a hundred of dollars buying plugs and bulbs, but you cannot use all the options because YOU MUST BUY OTIO HOME BOX for that. Just buy more.

This thing is useless, half the time it won't connect to my lightbulb. It's been stuck on red for a few weeks cause it won't connect.
