Worse than useless. I only joined for prescribed weight-loss jabs, but the wait was so long that Manchester Health and Care Commissioning had withdrawn them by the time I got access—classic postcode lottery. The Oviva app just nags you to log food (easy but inaccurate) and advises “pick a diet and stick to it.” NHS website weight-loss advice is far better and doesn’t let commercial firms skim the NHS.

Frustrating! AI scan of meals is useless; It can't see things like a garlic clove or what oil I used, etc. & the function to type the ingredients in has a 200character limit. Useless for anyone who actually cooks. The chat messages read as patronizing at best. The lessons are common knowledge, & you can't skip ahead to later in the course for something you might not know yet. This app has added so much extra stress I've REgained the weight I lost in August when I was self tracking unmonitored

Uninspiring. Same as any other basic 'weight management' app. The Ai photo meal recognition is not even basic level = really bad. The lessons are very basic knowledge and don't excite or encourage learning. The coach is non-existent, I downloaded the app, and I had no guidance for 2–3 weeks. By the time I got a coach my motivation walked through the window. I haven't lost any weight. I'm not even bothered to log anything. No cals calculations. No person centered program.

Absolutely dreadful. I lasted 12 weeks on this before I deleted my account after telling the staff for the 10th time the things they were suggesting would make me physically sick and if the staff isn't suggesting it the app does. The lessons are a complete joke and most of it is filler, the quizzes can be complete by doing mostly guess work, here's an example of one of the questions 'should I eat loads of sweets today A) yes or B) no. It feels like it's ran by people as a hobby than Drs.
