About as much use as the company itself. Waited 7 months for an initial appointment. To be then told I only qualify for the lifestyle plan. If I could lose weight based on my diet and exercise and wouldn't have been on that waiting list! The app so far hasn't told me anything I didn't already know. You can't log in advance and apparently all my days are green, and I'm doing great ?? However I gained 8lb in the first few days. It's AI based and lacks like the actual company any common sense.

Awful company, a total waste of time. If you won't take Manjaro, they don't care and remove you from the program way earlier. I had appointments rescheduled and cancelled, and the ones that I did have were terrible with people who clearly weren't interested because I wasn't on Manjaro! If your doctor put you on to this, ask them for another option. It wasn't just bad for my physical health, but my mental health too. I'm going to speak to my doctor as soon as I can to go another route.

Support & Feedback fail to respond - Coaches can't help. I messaged 5 times, since the start of my journey - Never had a reply. Coaches say they will escalate, never hear back. No consistency with coaches, different one each time they message. Coaches don't read previous messages, only the last message (if you're lucky), I honestly feel like it is AI generated with no human input. It never records my exercise, and starts each day with 25 mins exercise and 2,500 steps! Reading material is generic
