I can’t log in to the Pamu app. A pop-up alert appeared saying ‘Network connection error’. Please fix it asap. Lol, still no response. This might be the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. Thank you, fate.

I take back my comments of my first review. I don't know why but my pamu quiet, pamu quiet mini and Z1's all work fine now with the app. So alls good! I have to say the Z1's tops them all!

I don't really know why there are so many negative reviews on this thing, it works perfectly for me. Maybe it works better with different products? I have the PaMu Quiet Mini

Experiencing issues with this app and trying to connect to Pamu Quiet earbuds. Constantly having to charge them and not being to use them as neither earbud connects via Bluetooth on my Android phone and my PC. Useless product

So I bought a pamu slide Bluetooth earphones and was instructed to download this app. So after I downloaded this app I wanted to connect it, but the app doesn't show any pamu slide mini earphones or anything, I followed the video displayed on Google play however that still wasn't enough I tried multiple times to connect my earphones with my phone, but now it doesn't work no matter what I do or how many times I try is quite infuriating don't download this app. Horrible experience

Well, it works ok sometimes but I why do I have to log in whenever I want to use noise-cancelling? If I'm on the tube if I have no data signal (e.g. flight or underground) then it's useless. Very disappointing and somewhat pointless. Probably won't buy pamu again unless it improves.
