You can place the booking directly on our map, if travelling in a group or want an executive vehicle? Then select your preferred vehicle type and see how many available cars there are and the estimated time of arrival.
Securely enter your credit or debit card details and store them for future journeys. You will receive an email receipt for future reference. Or if you are a current account holder with Panther Taxis you can place your booking on your account avoiding having to pay by cash or obtaining a receipt. Furthermore, the Panther Taxis driven by Riide App can be used in multiple locations throughout the UK, including London, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and many more allowing you to use one App for your taxi journeys nationwide, with the added benefit of using your existing store card details or account.

Place bookings hours, days or weeks in advance. Whenever it's convenient for you.

I was picked up from Luton Airport by adrian gute (no.89) he's an amazing driver and so lovely! Especially with the current issues with Luton Airport, with the fire, finding the pickup point is a hassle. But Adrian was on point! On time! And was very patient with us. Can't thank him enough! In my experience the taxi service is great, but this app has a huge bug on my phone - the 'confirm booking' button only works once, and the next time I want to book something it is greyed out, the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. Separately, a bizarre flawed functionality is that it is possible to message the driver, but it is not possible for them to message back.

Tried to change payment card. Couldn't. Barclay card assured me that they authorized the card, but Panther have not put it on their system, and so I can't book a taxi. No-one at Panther can help me.

I cancelled my taxi as no drivers were coming. Then the funds were not released! Hopefully they are tomorrow.
