Not helpful at all for those Who are staying from virar to boriwali. this service is available only from boriwali to next Mumbai It was a worst experience. I booked my parcel on Saturday and on Monday I got call from company and company person said we are collecting parcel from boriwali to curchgate only . I have downloaded this app only because Vivek bindra recomandation on his you tube channel and seen the documenty on National Geographic. but going to uninstall now. very pathetic servic
