This app is awful. I'm a regular user of the ferry, and it's often the case that the app won't work to display my ticket. I've just disembarked the ferry where I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. It still didn't work.

Not great at all. No auto-completion in forms to purchase a ticket, if you even get that far. Regularly need to sign out/in again or reinstall. All just seems badly architected. Having a PDF stored locally on the phone is the way to go, or go old-fashioned and print off the email.
