I know they get paid for diving & it's not enuf provably, but they are always nice & even when they're late. I've only had 3 times when I had to wait, but I learned they give service to all of us. Wheelchairs, walkers do not turn on a dime. My walker is heavy & big & barely fits in car trunks, but they Always secure me & the damn walker. I Appreciate their service at $1.75 a ride, you can't beat it. THANK-YOU Pierce Transmit ROCKS!!

Overall great, but I just had an issue with a one ride pass that I just activated. It said that it was expired and the year on the pass was 1969. I didn't want to keep the bus waiting, so I activated another pass. When I did that, it said two passes were activated and the date on the "expired" one changed to 2019.

No monthly pass options? I went through the purchase options for the SF Ferry, and only see daily passes not monthly. Am I missing something?

The app is great, but recently I have had so many technical difficulties, my current bus pass has been marked as expired even though it doesn't expire until December and I can only see it in the purchase history. When I try to tap on it it won't even open on the main screen even though the date of expiration still says until December 2021. It was so good until recent updates.
