Hi, I would like to make an inquiry regarding the Pay & Go patrol service. I noticed that the patrol sometimes comes to the same area several times within a short period. For example, I noticed a patrol at around 9:00 AM and then another patrol again at around 9:10 AM in the same area. Is this how the patrol schedule normally works? Sometimes, I notice that my compound is charged up to RM18 per day. Is this normal? Do you have a specific schedule or time interval for the patrols? Thank you.
