So far, so good. I was able to download the app, quickly add my selfies and government ID - then, use that Reusable Persona to easily verify through one of the client services using Persona for verification purposes. Writing the review to try to balance out the negatives, which almost stopped me from using this. It was successful for me today - will come back and update if anything changes. Thanks!

Very frustrating experience. I installed this app solely for identity verification, but it gets stuck as soon as the camera opens to capture my ID. The verification process never completes. I tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, checking camera permissions, and switching networks, but nothing worked. This makes it impossible to complete verification for platforms that depend on Persona. Please fix these bugs and improve the reliability of the app.

Worst service. LinkedIn's verification option is not being shown in my profile even though my country is eligible. LinkedIn support is saying it's persona glitch and persona support is completely AI and bot is repeating the answer.

Terrible, im using it to verify my identity for a job I need it for, and it doesn't take my ID, and when it do, I suppose that im just not the person on the id because it says I can't be identified. 0/10 does not work and is a waste of time.

With my italian passport doesn't work. No idea why. The passport has nfc, get recognized, but isn't able to fulfill the authentication. On LinkedIn didn't work and also here doesn't work.
