App works great! I have had if for almost 2 weeks. No glitches or Wi-Fi connection issues. Very simple and straight forward tracking from my Petivity Litter Monitor Highly recommend!

Works pretty well overall (aside from some slow page loads and update lag) - lets me easily monitor cats' weight, their bathroom activity, and get notifications about exactly how dirty their litter boxes are (which is a good influence on me as a cat dad.)

Overall, I'm pretty happy, but there are a few improvements I would suggest: I would love to have the ability to manually log for "other" letterboxes (we have 2 letterbox monitors, but we have 5 letterboxes, one of which is in a catio (the monitors are indoor only), like "2 pees found in other letterbox", so it doesn't think my cat is dying. Also, the monitors both weigh differently, and I'd like to be able to calibrate them (weight is a concern, so I'll just watch for trends for now.)

Why can I only sign in with apple or goggle? I can't think of a reason to not be able to use any email address or even creating a username to log in. So I don't know how well the app works, but I love the idea of the scale/monitor.

Set up was easy, but I had to do it 5 or 6 times! Each time I check the app it shows no events or alerts, it hasn't even measured her weight!! I can look at the box and clearly see that the cat has used it, so either the Monitor doesn't receive that information or the app isn't functioning. So far this thing is a fancy litter box stand.

They only offer Apple and Google oauth2, no old and simple email based auth. For the Google oauth2 one they take quite a lot of information. What would the app need your physical address for? Is definitely overreaching. They don't need it, and you have no way to revoke it. It also doesn't support multi users, so in a house where more than one person takes care of the cats, information will only be provided to one of them, and all the burden of maintaining correct info falls on one person too.
