Works pretty well overall (aside from some slow page loads and update lag) - lets me easily monitor cats' weight, their bathroom activity, and get notifications about exactly how dirty their litter boxes are (which is a good influence on me as a cat dad.)

Overall, I'm pretty happy, but there are a few improvements I would suggest: I would love to have the ability to manually log for "other" letterboxes (we have 2 letterbox monitors, but we have 5 letterboxes, one of which is in a catio (the monitors are indoor only), like "2 pees found in other letterbox", so it doesn't think my cat is dying. Also, the monitors both weigh differently, and I'd like to be able to calibrate them (weight is a concern, so I'll just watch for trends for now.)

What happened...? Since some sort of outage today my 2 machines are not working. Im very disappointed. I've tried everything from unplugging, soft reset, and Uninstaller app. I just cleaned them out and it still saying 2 urine still. Says my cats haven't used the box in 12 hrs but literally they both used it like 30 mins ago. Im trying to monitor my cats' bowel movement because she just had surgery and with it not working I can't tell which cat pooped.

Changed from allowing emails to forcing me to use my Google account which makes it problematic for houses with more than one person that would like to log into the app. Have requested a change and received no changes or responses to my request. More so the scale continues to fail to properly detect which cat is which even though one is a 15 pound cat and the other is a 4 pound kitten.

Set up was easy, but I had to do it 5 or 6 times! Each time I check the app it shows no events or alerts, it hasn't even measured her weight!! I can look at the box and clearly see that the cat has used it, so either the Monitor doesn't receive that information or the app isn't functioning. So far this thing is a fancy litter box stand.
