Not really the app, so to say, but the services are bad! The app is almost of no serious use except if you want to call or chat with the doctor. You can't see your treatment records, and if you call, it disconnects in most cases. The customer service, though fast, is POOR! Their reps talk to you as though they are doing you a favor. There's a lot of room for improvement. Philips HMO, you have a LONG way to go to improve!

Poor experience support takes long to respond I haven't gotten my meds for over 2 days now as they didn't send a pickup code or pharmacy for pickup
