"PiaBookPlayer" is a musical score display app for Kawai digital pianos. It allows you to view the notated scores of the many lesson songs and practise pieces built into the digital piano, and listen to them playing back through the instrument. [*]

・View various lesson song scores Access high quality music scores for the wide variety of lesson songs/practise pieces built into Kawai's digital pianos.
・Listen to built-in songs easily Select the lesson song/practise piece you wish to listen to using the familiar music player app interface.
・Digital musical score viewer Transform your smartphone or tablet into a digital musical score viewer, allowing immediate access to hundreds of professionally created scores.
・Repeat phrase function feature Tap a bar on the score to specify the play position or playing range. Once the start and stop points are set, the passage will repeat continuously until stopped.
・Hands-free page turning using pedals Turn pages of the musical score using the sostenuto or soft pedals, allowing players to concentrate on their performance.
・Bluetooth MIDI connectivity PiaBookPlayer takes advantage of the wireless Bluetooth MIDI feature built into many Kawai digital pianos, allowing players to enjoy listening to classical pieces and viewing their musical scores from the comfort of an armchair.

Kawai finally addressed the issues with this application, Good to see they are taking application seriously. App is working fine. For those who unable to connect your phone, make sure you enable Bluetooth and location on your phone else it won't recognize your piano.

Installed it on a Galaxy Tab. Indeed, you have allowed location during installation, otherwise it won't work (no connection) and you cannot change those settings afterward (something I find quite primitive). Also, you have to switch on Bluetooth midi on the piano, otherwise the app won't connect to the piano. I would like a feature to change (reduce) the tempo, since I am a beginner.

Useless app - even on CA79 - app connected to the piano, but it still says "Connect...". On one occasion the music sheet is shown on some other not. No correlation with notes played. Kawai - hire some students if your IT cannot do the simplest things.

Connecting the app to the piano is harder to send a man to moon. The app has good features but none of them can work because connecting it to the piano is impossible.
