Useless. Frustrating. The person who designed it doesn't have common sense. It is so cumbersome. furthermore, if you have it installed on one phone and change your phone, you can't install and use the app on your new phone unless you are somehow able to retrieve your old phone and uninstall it from there. Absolutely useless.

App stopped working, company is unable to send ACH. Customer service says many people are having this problem - so sorry, can't help. How are you supposed to operate their website without tokens??
